Maybe Ritz won't run faster in the 5K--maybe he will. But I still see:
Webb AR in the 3K (7:28 or so) and sub 13 in the 5K
Ritz AR in the 10K (27:05 or so)
Hall PR in the marathon (low 2:06 by the end of his career)

Do you base that on his 2:06:17 at London in 2008?
I predict:
Webb AR in 1500, 800
Ritz AR in 5k, 10k
Teg AR in 3k, will go sub 13 5k
Solinsky will go sub 13 in his career
Hall AR in marathon
Ritz's biggest obstacle to the 10k AR is Galen Rupp. The Duck goes down with a hip injury, and everyone forgets about him.
Dathan is a great runner, one of America's best. He's established and experienced. Deserves every bit of his 5k AR. But he'll have plenty of competition for the 10k AR next year as he and Rupp work out together.
Rupp and German will be there
German should get up to Portland
I think Webb's PR days are over, though a slight improvment in the 5k and 10k seems possible. But where he can add to his resume is a medal at worlds or London in the 1500 (tall order, though).
Ritz may have run the fastest 5000 he'll ever run today, but his 10k PR is due for a 20 sec. drop. And who knows how he'll fair at the next worlds and olympics. Marathon or track is the question. With the new found confidence, who knows if he will give the 10k another championship go. He could be a medal contender.
Hall is toast.

I've been saying this for a while and am sticking to my story: Hall needs to get back on the track for one season, hit some fast 5k's/10k's and then go back to the roads. If he does, I think he'll have a shot at having another PR in the half/full marathons. If not, we've already seen his best times.
