Hello, I am 20 years old and haven't grown an inch in three years. I have a painful bump on the upper- bony tip of my tibia right below my knee (tibial tuberosity). My actual knee doesn't hurt so I do not believe it is patella tendinitis. I have a full range of motion and have very flexible quads. It doesn't hurt to move my knee in running motion but it hurts during my run but never seems to get worse the further I go. I thought I was too old for osgood schlatters, but this sounds alot like it. Can I run through this? I am not in an area of the world where I can access an adequate doctor. Any one know anything about this condition? Thanks.
