Sorry to say it, but you will have to pay top dollar to find pants that fit.
I spend more money on pants than any other clothing/shoe items.
For work, I have to buy designer stuff from Niemans, Saks, etc b/c places like Jos Bank do not carry decent menswear under waist 34. I used to just get waist 34 and deal with it but realized I looked like a tool.
For non-work, I get nice jeans/khakis that seem to favor a slender build. Anything from J Crew and/or brands like 7, Raleigh Denim, etc.
They cost more, but I find that I end up loving them and wear them much longer. Plus they look better.
The sad thing is that I am not that skinny.
I am fit. I run a good amount, so I am slender. I basically wear 32/32. I probably have a 30 waist, but I prefer a little room.
32/32 is surprisingly hard to find. When you do find them, they are still made for a fat person, so they look balloon-y. Sad, really.
