I also like hearing Jason Vig or Dave Smith whenever they are interviewed. Its refreshing hearing young coaches.
It's hard to listen when the person(s) asking questions are horrible at doing so. That being said, go FloTrack!

I second that one. That guys know more about the science of running then we could ever hope for, but when he talks he puts it in simple terms that anyone can understand.
I listen to alot of his stuff to help explain it to my HS kids. As coaches/runners we get so caught up in everything that when we try to explain it, it only makes sence to us.
His videos are just as good.

Ritz is pretty honest in evaluating himself on there sometimes. He's much more interesting to listen to than Hall. I can't stand his God crap.
For the blue collar guys, sell and jenkins should be mentioned.
I found there have been a few really interesting interviews about the mental aspect of the sport from the coach's perspective. I thought the two best were:
-The interview with the Long Beach Poly coach Don Norford
-The interview with Bob Bowman (Michael Phelps' coach)
