Recently ran a PR in the half marathon. After finishing the race and standing around for a bit, I noticed my vision was spotty. It lasted almost two hours. What reactions have you experienced or witnessed in other runners after serious exertion?

after all out 400 pr, i felt tired, threw up, then fine
15 minutes later i got a splitting headache, pale ashen color, extremely tired and slightly disoriented
20 minutes later i was okay
never did find out why that was how my body reacted
I got just about that exact thing, except it was after an extremely hard 200 into the wind. 15 minutes later I had the 30 hurdles, and 15 minutes after that I had the 4x400. I was still disoriented during the 4x400, but I somehow managed a PR at the time...Pretty wacked out day.
right after an 800 pr and win I had the worst headache, and my hearing went bad for about 15 min. I could barely hear myself talk.
I died after my 5k PR.
Got heat exhaustion at a half marathon. Completely messed up my metabolism for about 6 months. Lost the craving for pizza and ice cream. Didn't have the feeling of hunger and had to think about eating. Weird.
15 minutes later I had the 30 hurdles
Is that 30 hurdles or the 30M hurdles ?
Pretty sure he meant 300 hurdles.
Passed out after a race. Upon waking, felt like I was in love with everyone in the staging area. The next minute I hated them all. This sequence continued a couple times.
