Do you like cooking and have a pretty solid budget, or are you a student and thus on a tight budget? I think you could make pizza a bigtime staple and have a lot of fun if you like cooking:
Buy:
Healthy whole wheat pizza crust
Lean ground beef/spinach/veggies/whatever topping you like
Chunky tomato sauce
Cheese (optional)
a bit of olive oil (optional)
You can bake that and it will be fantastic. Another route would be to buy whole wheat pita bread and bake smaller mini-pizzas, which I would do for my family sometimes. Experiment--try different toppings from the conventional (bell peppers) to the unconventional (brussels sprouts)
