Lagat also ran 3:49 at the Tyson invite in 2005. That was the last time anyone ran under 3:50 indoors to the best of my knowledge.

I was mistaken you are correct. I was working off a list I now realise was displayed as a cronological list of the 49 men who broke 3:50.
El Guerrouj and Lagat are indeed sub 3:50 indoors. Coughlan only did it indoors never on a 400m track.
