How can one lose muscle mass in a healthy way? I remember reading that Salazar is going to try to get Webb slimmed down, how would he accomplish this?
For a background, I am 20 years old 6 feet, and 175 pounds of muscle. 2 years ago, I weighed 160 off of easier training. After running multiple 70 mile weeks, I have been unable to lose muscle mass. I have also been staying away from the weightroom to see if that could make any temporary difference, and apparently it doesn't
I have a good amount of leeway from now until track to make some major changes (I will be focusing on the 800)any input would be appreciated.
P.S. I am unable to run more than 80 miles per week for medical reasons unrelated to metabolic factors.
