Need a little injury help. I've never had any problems with my hamstrings before, but at 31 things are starting to hurt that never hurt before.
My left hamstring started to bother me about 6 weeks ago and I can't seem to get it to go away. I never pulled it or anything dramatic, just woke up one day and it was tight. I've done a few hard workouts on it and it doesn't get much worse; taken 1-3 days off at a time and it doesn't get much (if any) better. For the most part I've been following my kinesiologist's advice and just running nice and easy, but that doesn't make it feel better either.
The pain is worst in the morning and after (not during) running. It's going on 2 months and I'm getting very frustrated. If you've had a similar problem, what did you do to fix it?
