Stress can create or exacerbate a number of physical ailments including digestive problems and high blood pressure.
Well, I wanted to ask more in relation to injuries typically not associated with stress and anxiety. Like, for example, could mental conditioning affect the development shin splints or be a significant contributing factor to a stress fracture or plantar fascitis?
