Burka did nothing exept get pushed. She was in the lead and at that stage anyone feeling faster should have gone to her right. But non runners wouldn't understand.

Racers, on the other hand, would know that passing on the inside in middle distance races is extraordinarily common, legal, and otherwise acceptable behavior. Of course cutting someone off who has already established the fact that they are passing you on the inside and will be completely around you very shortly is understood to be ludicrously bad sportsmanship.
