I ran cross country in College and after last season I ended up with plantar fascia and it hurt so badly that I couldn't walk on it and then had no desire to run again...8 months later I started running again and I am finishing up with week 3 of training going from 25, 34, 43 miles per week. I am strictly looking to see or hear how long it will take for me to get back into serious racing shape, I was once a 25:30 8k runner if that helps at all.
