I think he should be happy with his run. With PRs of 3:57 and 13:12 he ran a vary smart race--just doesn't have the leg speed to hang with those guys in a kick like that. Even the announcers, who clearly were a little unsure of his socks, commented with about 1k to go that he'd run a smart race and been in perfect place the entire run. Good work, Chris.
