If for some reason you can't go out, darkness, weather, or whatever is there any type of good workout to do when stuck inside?
I just did running in place with alternating sets of high knees, butt kicks, calf jumps (jumping from tippy toes without letting your heels touch), and duck walks (kicking your foot to your outstretched opposite hand.)
My legs are tired but i feel like my heartrate only got up during the exercises not the running in place.
Are there any other good exercises to do while not moving?
I'd be especially interested in exercises that will help with form if possible.
