Seriously, I don't get it. People consider distances like 100, 200, 400, 800 running. I saw bolt sweating like a hard working man after sprinting 20 seconds, I am like what the 'blood clat'?!? Real running is from 3000 and up.Ok we might squeeze in 1500 and 1 mile there to be fair.
however distance running is where the gut,mind and training play its role.
