I'm male, 5'9, 125, and run about 50 miles a week. The days I run my most (usually 10-12 miles), I eat about 2500-2700 calories. On days I run my shortest mileage, usually 6-7.5, I eat about 2300-2500. Am I eating enough or should I be getting more calories? I don't usually count calories but counted one week just to see if I thought I should be eating more. Any thoughts?
