Great kick by Rowbury and Willard at the end... could we see any of the Americans medal?

Gutsy, gutsy, gutsy Wurth-Thomas!
Wurth-Thomas is the only one I'd give a shot, having just seen Willard Rowbury's semi. Christin could do it.
With better positioning maybe. Spanish runner let Willard pass on the inside and Rowbury had to go wide.
However, I guess the final is very unlikely to be such a slow tactical race. Jamal will push the pace with 400-500 to go at the latest.
Rowbury saved the most by far.

Semis are for qualifying for the final, that's it. There are no style points, you can't predict a thing based on them. Remember how great Manzano looked in his? How'd that final go for him? Oh, right.
From what I've seen, Anna has the best shot at a medal.

How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
