I came down with plantar facistis back in march/april. It stopped hurting once i kept stretching, doing the exercises and keeping my calves loose as well as intensive golf balling. Now i have no pain in the morning nor after exercise. Im on a break at the moment but it didnt hurt from may onwards either, however the knot or ball of scar tissue and general muck of muscle is still there, very sore when touched or golf balled. Any way of getting rid of it or will it affect my running or the foot?
Another issue i have as well is very tight achilles, is this related?
