I wrote an article recently entitled, 'Keys to Running Success,' that should be of use to most distance runners to instruct or help remind them of important factors with their running and racing more successfully. It includes consistency, variety, soft surface running, high mileage, training groups or partners, rest & recovery, hydration, nutrition, ice baths and coaching.
