I've been training under Hadd's Phase 1 - base training and have been happy with my improvement. My HR has dropped and my training pace has gotten much better.
I am now looking towards a marathon using his techniques.
I haven't seen anything besides his base training methods.
Is there a thread or a link or a book or anything that someone can point me to that will lay it out all out similarly to what Hadd did in his base phase (Joe's training)?
I have seen some of Hadd's letsrun threads but i'd like to see something spelled out clearly like he did with Joe's training. Perhaps i missed a key thread.
