Am scheduled to see the doctor next week after having my BP checked by a nurse several times over the last month and it being persistently elevates such that I will probably walk out of there with a prescription for BP meds. Im running about 170/90. (I have a very strong family history for high BP, its not my diet or weight so Im sure the doc will not suggest lifestyle) I want mostly to be healthy of course but has anyone here ever noticed running to improve after getting treated for high BP? Iknow beta blockers would be the worst choice, what about others? thanks for any words..
