Haven't run for 2 months and going insane, can anyone recommend a good set of ITBS strengthening exercises I should be doing? I don't have a theraband by the way.
I have tried stretching, massage and foam roller with no luck, my IT band is not even that tight anymore (according to massage therapist) but still can' run.
Is this normal after 2 months?
My understanding is that the tightness of IT band is causing friction on outside part of knee. So if band is no longer tight why do I still have pain. Bit confusing can anyone explain?
