For about 3 months my knee has felt pretty weird. It feels heavy and bloated but it's not swollen. This started back in late February and it hasn't gone away. I was doing around 30 miles a week when this started and I haven't run much more than that since then mostly due to how my knee feels. I'm not sure what to make of this. I took all of April off and it didn't go away or feel any different after that month off. I have to wonder what this is. I figure that if I damaged something in my knee it would feel different after a month and it might actually hurt. Perhaps there's something else to it? I've heard that knee problems can be caused by muscle imbalances. Any insight?
