What happens this year? Does Point take it again? Does Lacrosse come back to power? Maybe an underdog?
Which individual is going to win it? Maybe predict top team and top 5 individuals.

Vincent wins, followed by Lonning in 3rd or 4th, so Lacrosse takes it.
Willy Kaul has 4 or 5 seasons left, so provided he doesn't get hit by a golf cart driven by Rick Witt, he should probably win it.
Not sure who will win, but the WIAC has some of the best DIII dirties on the women's teams in the country!
dirties?
With Vincent, Wilhelmy, Lonning, and Moran (assuming he comes back) La Crosse should be dominant. Point has to replace virtually their entire team - can they do it? Oshkosh loses their dominant top 2, but still has Stymiest. The battle for 2nd will be interesting.
LaCrosse should be very dominant this year. I don't see any teams beating them. I would assume Oshkosoh would be the second best team (judging by returning runners). Stevens Point should be solid, but not close to last year.
Top 7 prediction:
Vincent, Stymiest, Wirtz, Lonning, Wilhelmy, Machmueller, Heroux
I would assume Whitewater takes it this year with all the fresh talent they're brining in.
Plattville has some talent coming back...a few 14:40ish 5k's plus some milers. Farming rules!
In all seriousness though, it should be LaCrosse at the top, followed by Oshkosh and Stevens Point. Unless some guys come out of the woodwork/injuries.
for sure
Eau Claire pulls an upset and gets 2nd. You heard it here first.
Max Harn will be making a comback next year in an epic quest to get his 1500 record at UWO vindicated. He'll storm through the cross country season, full of rage and bitterness, running mid-22's on courses that the rest of us WIAC runners can only manage 24's and 25's on.
He'll be joining the UW-Superior cross country team, and running on pure anger and 20 years of jealousy and resentment, he will dominate the WIAC in a fashion once thought impossible by the mere mortals running for other schools.
Track season will come around, and not only will he run 3:37.29 in the 1500, but he'll do it at UWO's home meet, just to spite those whom he feels wronged him. He'll double that meet, running in the 5000m as well, running 13:36, all while spitting blood and curse words at every spectator and coach. Upon conclusion of the meet, he'll take a megaphone and in case anyone missed it, let every spectator, athlete, and coach there that he won both the 1500 and 5000, in record setting fashion. God forbid he lets anyone get away without knowing that Max Harn is truly the greatest!
Then of course he'll host a party at his house and because he's so popular and is the greatest, everyone will come and drink with him until the early hours of the dawn, patting him on the back and complimenting him every 4 seconds on his tremendous achievements, because they know that's what he thrives on and needs.
Max Harn. WIAC 2009. Look out everyone, he's back.

If Ben Brunner was allowed to listen to Muse on his iPod during races he would be running sub-23 for 8k consistently. No doubt in my mind.

No, sub-22 would be a more accurate prediction for a Muse-fueled 8k.
(Kutz, I am going to kill you for this in about 3 weeks when I see you. That is a promise.)
Most teams kicked off their season today. Lets see how well the teams did around the WIAC. Who's looking strong early?
Anyone know of any road races in the Wisconsin area that have prize money or how to find races that do?
