While dodging ninjas or not?
About as fast as Buddy Rich.
no way he breaks 5 min
4:52
the real question should be, with training or not ? i'd say in his prime (20 to 30 years old brucelee) he could have run 4min 00secs after about 180 days of intense preparation. running was a part of his daily martial art training anyway, plus he was in amazing shape, had phenomenal strenght, a lot of stamina, agility and a blazing speed (kicks and punchs at the speed of light), so my guess is 4 minutes!

And my guess is you are very wrong. 4:30 with 1 year of some specific training. 4:55 with no specific training.
It's hard to believe, but I can't see him going any faster than John Candy or John Belushi. On the other hand, I think he's just as fast as David Kimani.
wow you guys arnt very good at this.....to do martial arts it takes a lot of stamina...he did plenty of movies that showed how great of shape he was in. he was built exactly like you want a runner to be built, he wasnt very big but very cut up. in the shape he was already in id say 440 mile easily, with training probably a 410 415...

I may not be good at this but on the bright side, I have a sense of humor and can use English properly.

Remember that scene from Enter the Dragon where he lowers himself into a room on a rope, with his legs parallel to the floor, and his face calm as could be? Dude was fit!
I was a pretty big Bruce Lee fan and he used to go on runs frequently but, if my memory serves, I don't think they were but a few miles. If he did train specifically for the mile, I am pretty sure he could run at least in the 4:35 range, but maybe even faster ... he was fanatical about his training
As fast as he wants to! If I'm timing the race, I'm not going to argue with him.

I heard he ran intervals of 70 seconds when he was out of shape, and 60 seconds when he was in shape, for 400.
This was with a 2 minute rest, so take it for what it was.
He also ran hour long runs at 7 min pace, he was no slouch. He was also small, and very light weight, with no body fat.
15:00 for 5k, probably 4:15 for the full mile. Of course, running wasn't his main thing either.
With or without his steroids use?

Why don't you ask someone like Chuck Norris. He was good friends with Bruce before he died. Look him up. Pick up the phone and give him a call or send him an email
Correct answer: one second faster than Chuck Norris, while swinging nunchucks.
