It's, um, nice to know the brothers can bring back a thread that was actually deleted. If they can do this, what other magic can they perform?

People tend to adress this problem the wrong way. It's all about activating the GI-system so you have to go real fast in the morning when you wake up. For many that comes naturally. What you others have to know is that eating something activates the whole GI-system from top to bottom.
Simply put the alarm clock ninety minutes earlier and near the bed a snack stack of something that needs a lite extra bile to be digested (personally I like walnuts). When the clock rings you quickly eat and then go back to sleep, if you can do it without turning the lights on all the better, practise makes perfect as you all know.
Ninety minutes later at your regular get up time you follow this up with a hot cup of coffee. For 99% of all people these two steps should be enough for a large dump within five to thirty minutes.
What if you can't go back to sleep? Well, that will happen, especially in the beginning before you get used to the routine, but it's only ninety minutes. Think of that "problem" this way: It means you've got an extra ninety minutes to prepare yourself and/or the family for the rest of the day - prepare a delcious breakfast in bed for your significant other and make lunch packs for the kids, that'll help getting everyone onboard with your new routine. :-)
Have caffeine before then take codeine once it's out
Just started a thread on this, but not many replies.
So I guess my issue is that I havent stimulated by body to go
How long before running should I drink the coffee/caffeine (i dont drink any right now)
When I do a morning run, it always goes well, then in the afternoon it doesnt and I think its because I dont give myself enough time in the bathroom, but I only have 15 min between school and practice and I have to change and get there, so thats 5 min on toilet tops.
