does anyone here take nutrilite that is not a pyramid schemer? if so, is it beneficial? they are doing a good job of supporting t&f and if there product is worth a darn, i'd like to support it.

Yes, I take the suppliment. Last year I saw it all over the track circuits and wanted to take a good mulit-vitamin. It has totally changed how I feel and run. Tons more energy, hardly ever sick and don't drink coffee any more b/c it gives me energy in the morning. Only down side is the price! It's like $70 a month. I became a IBO just so I could get it cheaper. I sell it to my friends for the lowest price possible. I have no interest in making money, just think it's an awesome product. If you keep the box labels and turn them in, you buy 5 months get 1 free. It's totally worth it! Give it a shot. Only way to get it is contacting an IBO. Find one in your area or I can get it for you for like $25 cheaper. Again, not trying to make money just think it's an awesome product!
I got some stuff free at a track meet I ran at during the winter. I took a rhodiola 110 before a run one day and on the run I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. Obviously I never took the thing again. That's just my own personal experience.
the double x vitamins hurt my stomach, so i stopped taking them...i don't really do a multi anymore, just mag citrate, zinc, bcaa, and fish oil...
placebo?
I take snake oil. It seems to have the same effect.
