Ok so I realize that if one wants to get fast that mileage cannot be reduced and that without the proper base true results will not be achieved.
So my question for you guys is how should one determine there normal recovery, mileage, whatever you call it pace? Should it be slow and easy or more at a steady pace? Some people feel that you've got to push the pace on easy days (to a certain extent), while others feel that you should just go easy and put the miles in.
I am confused as what to do, because I want to raise my mileage but always seem to get hurt and cannot raise it to the level that it needs to be.
