Actually diet and exercise are both the prevention and the cure.
You are utterly without a clue. Once damaged, articular cartilage does not heal, so any damage to the joint surface is permanent. From your previous post discussing flouride, it's clear that you don't even know what osteoarthritis is - you think it's a bone disease, when in reality it's a cartilage disease caused by mechanical abrasion. You might be interested to know that osteoarthritis was extremely common in our prehistoric ancestors - the ones who were active all day and ate an all-natural diet, thousands of yeas before flouride was ever invented. Osteoarthritis has even been found in the joints of dinosaurs. Wanna scold the brontosaurus for his lifestyle? No type of diet nor amount of exercise will cure osteoarthritis and even the chiropractors and naturopaths accept this. The most irritating element of your post is that you are addressing someone who clearly WANTS to be active and is dedicated to his fitness, but you talk to him as if he's just too lazy to get out and exercise. Get a f***ing clue. Not all health problems can be fixed by diet and exercise.
