Some high schools that have weight training as a PE class give an A for lifting anything over your body weight. For runners I'd say that's pretty good.
While in college I maxed out at 205 (5'6", 145+ lbs. at the time).
Now I'm down to a much better race weight (under 135) and I could probably get up 180. I say probably because as a few people have mentioned--heavy lifting does little for runners. I know the OP wasn't looking for advice, but I suggest push-ups. If you're at all serious about running to goal is to keep your upper body as fit as your lower body and to strengthen the core.
