Yes, Tokyo should be a great race.
At some point I would really like to get over to Japan for a marathon. If not Fukuoka then one of the many others with the stadium start/finish.

You should but of course the best way to really see the race is on TV.
Tall Paul is still right at the front, just off the pacers.
Naturally, but my true yen would be to run in one.
Tergat looks pretty relaxed, just hanging out towards the left of the screen. His arm carriage is not looking strained or stressful.
As Japanese marathons go, it is kind of a pretty course.
A tailwind right now, it appears.
That would be fun. I think Tokyo would be an interesting one to do.
anywhere on the website to look up specific runner's splits?
Guta, Asmerom, Bouramdane, and Rios are all right there, too, just behind the four pacers. The rear of the pack is stringing out quite a bit, though.
The lead pack is shrinking.
Down to about 10 in the lead pack now, Guta to the rear.
Just 8 people now including the pacers
Tokyo would be epic, though I really liked the course of the last one I saw (blanking on the name still) that was along the coast. Otsu? Bippa? Yikes.
