Yeah, Gregson is a high schooler, and he's just coming off a stress fracture. Of course, if German raced him...German would get clobbered as German is very strong but has average speed.

I don't think Gregson is in HS anymore. Someone posted that to start something. But his very fast for 18 and he's not one of those guys who's overly developed / very mature physically in comparison to a lot of other teens. He's got great potential. He has a lot more speed than German, so I think the 1500 will be Gregson's race for quite some time.

Some media rivalry between him and German should be good for the sport. They will compete each other at World XC, should be exciting.

Don't know how anyone can say German doesn't have speed, after running 3:55 solo. No one knows how fast he can go in a rabbited race since he's never had one yet. Nor do we know what he could do in the 800.

Gregson is coached by Ian Hatfield,as the young bloke reminds all after every race.

Bideau is a manager of,not a coach of,Gregson.
