Curtis already ran under 1:50.00 in a relay just another ridiculous point made by you and agreed to by Ramxc
he doesn;t have to run 1:51.xx Indoors to prove anything, nor would it mean anything.
But he is faster at the mile and 5 K and not by a little than Rupp, that is just fact something you guys would do better to deal in than stupid inaccuracies left and right , really..
Fact, Curtis running just under 150 in a split outdoors is 100% irrelevant, especially since he was a miler close to his peak. Horrendous point....insanely poorly thought out.
Rupp is faster at the 5k, and probably faster at the mile. As i stated on the other thread, i don't care if his pr is faster. Rupp went 1354, took no rest, and then went 1339. Sorry but that's way better than a 1325, and this was 2006, and he seems to be in even better shape now. Any non biased source would agree. I also fully believe Rupp could have run 3:57 at his peak outdoors in August. You will never see Rupp run a mile at his peak when rested and sharp, because he's a 10k runner. You will see Curtis do that. Not a fair comparison.

5. Rupp is now held up as the banner for the future of American distance running, that's a lot of pressure and high expectations. Does Rupp deserve this distinction all that much more than Bauhs? Maybe a little, but ONLY a little.
Well, you've completely discredited yourself with the whole Bauhs line. Embarrassing whenever anyone tries to go there.
I don't think Rupp has ever fully extended himself in a race. With the right attitude, he'll hit 26:12 this summer.
note that I said I didn't necessarily agree with all of radix totus malum's points...

Are you serious irun? Are you that f'in stupid?
You said
Some might say how could he run back to back 412's when he just went 410?
and your response would be because he had already run an 800!!? The correct answer would be, the 410 is a moot time because it went out in 215. Seriously....you should be banned for being so dumb.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?

Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
