i smoked some hash and read this thread last night, then googled karnazes and read everything i could find about him and have come to the conclusion that he probably listens to switchfoot, drives a honda element, and is a douchebag.

I smoked a ridiculous amount last night and still ripped off mile repeats today.
I am so upset with myself. I did a Northface 50 miler and shook Dean K's hand and told him what a great thing he has done for running. It's embarrassing even saying it on a public forum.
