The intensity level of the pushups, a high rep exercise, isn't optimal for testosterone increase. The pullups don't use a lot of big muscles save for the lats.
The Squat and Deadlift use pretty much the ENTIRE human body. You are using your upperbody to hold the weight while the lower body does the work.
Want to raise testosterone? Do squats and deadlifts.
Alan
you want to do this.
do full range motion ab work as well.
lower reps.
full body with abs also.

testosterone in the right amounts will definitely benefit your running. it is part of the standard PED package. if you microdose natural testosterone there is no way to detect it.... unless you get greedy, and your test will be erratic on the bio passport.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2657495/if your testosterone is low, as is the case with chronic overtraining, you are doomed.
now athletes don't have access to natural test as a rule, but sooner or later there will be microorganism that convert sterols to androstenedione to testosterone.
eat your heart out on the realities of this brave new world.

too low in testosterone, your behavior becomes devious and weasley.
both extremely high and low testosterone produces moron-deviant behavior.
women recognize and respond, like robots - BIG TIME - to testosterone. which is natures program of course.
on the other hand, women with vast hormonal swings of both testosterone and estrongens, have strong criminal tendencies, slander, theft, violence, under-cover crimes, insane calculations.
hormonal balance is fundamental to ethical behavior actually.
humans are slaves to hormonal led thinking in the vast majority of cases.
if you take testosterone, cycle it, and microdose.
if you take a lot all the time, you are looking at mental and physical disaster big time.
women on big doses of test, are in extra trouble, heart issues are serious here.
