Happens to me a lot, please don't bother having anyone pull on your feet, it won't help, maybe for you it will...but I tried that all the time, till the day I met an awesome chriopractor that knew right away what it was, I think related to pelvic tilt & the turning or not turning of the hip..... ANYWAY.... the way he adjusted me was: told me to turn onto left side with my right leg dropped over left leg (knees slightly bent) & relaxed as possible, kinda funny when he damn near got on top of me & made a swift LIFE CHANGING 'SCREAM w/relief' NOT pain, adjustment, as long as I had the problem & as painful as it was..…...the crack wasn't even loud but I sure as heck felt better..... Now the key is to look up DIY pelvic tilt pain relief or heck go to YouTube & type 'your hip is jammed' I'm sure you can find some kind of movement that will have you feeling better.
Good luck
