Samuel Chelanga does it again, absolutely demolishing the field at Pre Nats! Right away from the get go of the race he establishes his presence at Terre Haute as he immediately opens up a 20 sec gap by the 2k (5:29) and eventually 40 sec at the 5k (14:12) and maintaining that 40+ sec gap all the way to the finish in a smokin 22:51 (4:35 mile pace). Great race! Undoubtedly a force to be reckoned with a month from now. |

Rupp is pretty insane. But Kinsella might have a shot at him this year at West XC. And Chelanga could have his number at nationals. I don't think Rupp is any more talented than Chelanga. |

Yeah because West Regionals, Pac-10s and whatever that meet was with Solinsky are definitely comparable to the NCAA national XC race. |
