There was a thread on oversided tracks a week or so ago, so this one's due. Here are the ones I know about--
-Boston University
-Penn State
-NYC Armory
-Nebraska
-Butler (I think...I've never been there)
I know there must be others.

Oh and Arkansas, of course. One of my training partners constantly argues that it's faster than Washington and Notre Dame. I don't buy it! So:

Butler - No
Indiana University - Yes
There was one in Albuquerque, but I think they got rid of it.
Butler did use to race at IUPUI which has a mondo hydraulic lifting track. It is no longer raced on and sits flat and is used now a part of workout gym called NIFS. They and others do use the 6th lane for workouts though. Sucks when you got clueless people wondering to their treadmills in front of you.
It's in Indianapolis though right? not Bloomington?

Or maybe its both IU (Bloomington) and IUPUI (RIP).
I've heard Virgina Tech does too, or is it oversized?

IU (Bloomington) does not have a banked 200m track. IUPUI does have a banked track at NIFS, but as a previous poster stated, it's no longer used for racing.
funny that you say that IU Bloomington does not have a banked 200m track when I have raced on it many times, including last indoor season.

Harvard's was 220y, last I knew. Did they finally convert it to meters?
Texas A&M
Virginia Tech's is 200m banked Mondo, and fast.
There's one in Chelsea Piers, NYC.
Lawrenceville Prep HS in NJ has one, as does Episcopal HS in Alexandria, VA. They are both rubberized, but I don't think you can wear spikes at either one. The one at Episcopal is almost a circle, with real short straights.
Bozeman, MT
Pocatello, ID

Episcopal isn't banked. There is no banked track in northern Virginia, and that has been a controversial issue as the Fairfax County Government refuses to build an indoor facility while building soccer fields constantly.
Navy just opened a new field house that has a banked track. It's very nice.

You sure about Episcopal?
We worked out there a couple times in college, and there was a slight bank on the turns from what I remember. It wasn't much - certainly nothing like you'd expect from a "banked" track, but it wasn't flat.
Maybe they've renovated it.
I believe NYC is building a 200m banked track in Staten Island, not sure of the opening date yet.
