i figured it had to be something like that. I heard some rumors about him being quite the partier and wasn sure what was up. This may be true too tho since it sounds like he is quite the sex addict but what guy isn't.
where and when will they post who's in the meet?
I’ve heard Williams is a legend at Fredonia. They call him “Tom the Tank.” After running serious mileage, he caps off his days by completing a strenuous, full body cross training routine at Sunnys, the local fitness club. While cross training, he consumes the clubs 10 cent energy drinks.

SLU beat TCNJ and Suny P, teams that got HJ's all year. Ramsey beat Heymann, who also got HJ's all season. You calling their races weak just doesn't make sense.
The gap from Geneseo to SLU was as large as it was because Geneseo was very close to NYU. The top 3 teams from our region could all be in the top 10. Just because SLU wasn't knocking on that door doesn't mean they shouldn't go.
whoa...SUNY P gets in! Atlantic region qualifies 5 teams
There is no way in the world that Plattsburgh should have been in. They ran a decent race on a sloppy course to catch TCNJ on an off day. Hell, TCNJ probably should not have even went if they had placed 5th.
This will be even more evident when Plattsburgh finishes 30th in the nation at nationals.
Hey Genius,
If they finish 30th, then they still beat 2 other teams, which pretty much tells me that they do belong there. If they finish last, then I'll agree with you.

I heard Scrafford and Reid Mcgrath all got strikes so Jake Smith and KC Shafer are running for those 2 now for Cortland. I definently have to take NYU at nationals now.
Let me guess... they beat your team
I heard recently that a girl that goes only by the name of 727 has claimed another victim at a party last night...beware of her. I mean Im scared of her and I live 5 hours away from her

Yeah man Cortland killed my team, us Geneseo have picture of them on our wall and mess with them haha. We will get them one year, maybe at Nationals.
No, they are not my team, but I'm just basing this off of facts here and trying to stir a bit of interesting conversation. I guess it does not matter now since they are in. And good for Plattsburgh, but I just don't see how it was justified.
Plattsburgh (Ben Jackson especially) ran the race of their season yesterday. Good for them. But they definitely got some help from the underperformance of teams in other regions. Keene, for example, blew it yesterday and got 7th in the Northeast, causing that region to only get four teams. Likewise, many expected the Mideast to get five teams, but nationally ranked Johns Hopkins placed 7th and they only got four. Finally, perhaps the selection committee is making up for only inviting four teams out the the Atlantic last year.
...ok what teams are more deserving that meet the NCAA criteria...I personally couldn't find any...and still cant looking at the teams now...a school name and explanation would make sense...or you could just keep bitching and complaining about teams that got in because your team didn't...either way you're provided with a way to expel your pent up frustration all the while providing us with quality entertainment
5 teams this year when they didn't take SLU as the 5th last year? SLU should have gotten in last year, and Plattsburgh shouldn't have been taken this year.
