If that is true, then he must have the worst case of the common cold in the history of mankind.
Allison don't run no 8k
Things look pretty interesting between TCNJ and SLU. Even with the traditional TCNJ peak for regionals, I think SLU has shown they have good depth. I was pretty shocked with the results from Liberty Leagues. Jake Malcomb is really rounding into form which bodes well for the saints. Geoff Millard put in a race, I think that was a pr for him. With some of these guys running well perhaps SLU can get their 4th and 5th runner closer to Ramsey and Mwenda. With that said I don't really think TCNJ looked bad this weekend. They always bring it for regionals. It should still work out to be a really great close battle.
I was also really shocked to see Tom Williams run so close to Heymann. Good for him. Suny G looks great, just a solid team running tough, how could you hate that?

Pretty wild how close these rankings are it's like all the same teams
I really like the Geneseo meet and how they run it. It's cool that they call all the seniors from every team to step out and honor them before the race goes off. Then the Geneseo seniors are honored and presented with some sort of gift. Class all the way!!
Will Haskell was there to receive his honor but did not compete for Geneseo. Don't know what's up with him.
No way are the Cortland girls better than Geneseo at this point. At SLU, Geneseo put 4 girls in front of Cortland's second girl and Geneseo's #2 girl did not run. Oh yes, and they also beat Cortland that day as well. They don't rank team B ahead of Team A unless B beats A.

I think it's obvious that Mark Stevens is going to win the Region this year.
Mark Stevens is the greatest thing to happen to U of R, the Atlantic Region, and DIII running!!!
Mark Stevens has a Jew fro and has a well equipped, girthy, veiny, caulk.
Who's this Mark Stevens character?
Obviously the greatest runner in the history of the Atlantic Region is Nate Lowe.
Adam Deebs Dembrow FTW
Heard through the grapevine that Greenlaw is transferring to Hogwarts next year to be Dumbledore and Coach Matt Moran.
Any truth to this?

Just ignore them.
So U of R looked pretty good this weekend. They weren’t to far back from Plattsburgh. Plattsburghs 5th man was pretty far back but from what I have read they weren’t running one or two of their top runners. I don’t really know if that will make much of a difference when they come back if U of R keeps running in that tight of a pack It should be a good one between them two at regionals. RIT ran most of their freshman and a few other runners, probably trying to give their top guys some more rest for future races. Geneseo ran very well on Saturday. Lee started out very conservative but really picked it up and had a very strong race. They look to be very strong when regionals come around. How about Ithica? They didn’t look to strong this weekend. I was surprised that U of R or Plattsburgh didn’t jump them in the latest polls. SLU look pretty good also at their Liberty League Championships even with out Mwenda and Kiplagot. Cortland ran really strong with their top 5 averaging sub 25.Thats probably why they the number 1 team in the nation. Some good racing last week!

I'd give Stevens another year before they really turn out. Moran had the help of a generous handful of stellar recruits at Cortland to get the team rolling. Other than that, no complaints.
