I'm a 1:08:06 1/2 marathon runner, Looking to improve to Sub 66, What are the key workouts, mileage and tempos needed to obtain this goal.
My PR's are 4:16,14:58,31:22,1:08:06.
I have been Runing consistently 80-110 miles a week since Feburary.
Any Advice on this Topic and my quest for Sub 66 would be greatly appreciated.
