It's clear that blacks have higher murder rates than whites for various reasons, but Hispanics don't. Just compare the rates "white" and "other".
Whites had slightly higher homicide rates than those who were neither white nor black in 16 years - '76, 77, 78, 79, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 98, 2000, 01, 02, 03, 04, and 05.
People who were neither white nor black had slightly higher homicide rates than whites in 12 years - '80, 81, 82, 83, 85, 86, 92, 93, 95, 96, 97, and 99.
Whites and Hispanics had the same homicide rates in 2 years - 1984 and 1994.
And yes, I know that there are other crimes besides homicides, but the race statistics for other crimes are also similar.
