    Saif Saaeed Shaheen the world record holder has not posted a 8:24 steeplechase A qualification standard time this year.

    His best 5k time this year was 13:29 in a second place finish.

    We are gonna miss a thrillin olympic steeplechase race between him and kemboi who should be the favourite to win ahead of brimin kipruto.

    He's not entering, because he feels his training has been too hampered by injury this year. Wejo just announced it in a thread.
