Alex Neff? Who is this and why is he on the Arkansas team? Duncan Phillips was in their top 7 last year as a freshman too.

I think you're missing Rob Wetzel on the Longhorn team also.

And I heard Drew Bean was not running anymore? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Wetzel is a 9:31 steepler, as you can see from my stats he is a ways away from the top 7. Thanks for the Bean info, I had a hunch he wasn't running because he didn't run track but I figured he may have just redshirted.

Don't forget about Logan Sherman from A&M, he ran a sub 30 10k a few years back and is putting in a great base this summer.

If the rumors here in Ga are true and Girma Mecheso is heading to Arkansas, then he will contribute immediately - a 30:16 and 16th place at Peachtree is super tough.

NCAA talent is so developed that Arkansas has possibly one of the most talented teams they've ever had, but inconsistency on top of depth on other teams are going to keep them out of top 5 at NC's.

Lets be serious, no one can think of any suprises out of that group?? I know for certain a couple teams on there. Lamar for one will be a much bigger force than planned. Another team has a couple young'ins that are puttin in about 20 percent more mileage than ever at 115+ a week. Not bad for a summer base

If they do get those guys back they could be top 5 in NCAA. However, Kosgei and Forrest both didn't compete last year so I don't know if they'e there this year.

ya'll forgettin bout my boi stephen scullion for mcneese st. this summer he ran 4:09 for mile and 14:32 for 5k at irish seniors. he will be a sophomore next yr just like me. and i'm the juggernaut biotch!!!!

yea my boi hoey won't be back due to his lack of classroom performance, but my boi scullion will be back this yr. at first he wasn't coming back but now he's back in lc. been in town for a couple days now. he should be the top guy on our xc team, unless i come through w/ a big performance like i did at the mcneese indoor meet where i ran a stellar 8:45 3k!! k peezy out!!
