I'm following simular training sessions as Marc Nenow. Does anybody have any info on this guy? I'm running 5 milers in the morning and 10 milers in the evening, with the odd interval session now and then, the long runs are slowly getting quicker and I'm starting to lose a bit weight also. I'm running around 100mile weeks at the moment and have done this for the last ten weeks, I have my first race this weekend over half marathon. Any thoughts and this type of training and Marc Nenow.
