Good runs for the American U Guys and Sage as well.
Maybe Matt should be running for his dad after all?

Ha! So AJ is calling himself A.J. Casteel now? HA HA HAHAHA HA!
The full race will be up shortly!

Jamieson was "only" a 9:13 3200 guy in high school IIRC. Centro Sr. is getting it done.
He was just relaxing until 200, then decided "I think I'm going to win now". Unreal.
Wells won the B section in 3:42.9
He should have been in the A.
Keep this one on top!
Here it is, the last 150 is unreal! We also added a closeup of the finish at the end of the video.

2 Brendan O'Keefe Zap Fitness 3:40.90
If I ran for a team named "Zap Fitness" everytime I passed someone I'd go "Zap, zap zap" and make pistols with my fingers.

You know that AJ Casteel and AJ Acosta are two different people don't you.
Acosta, A.J. DIS 6-2 So. Oceanside, Calif. (El Camino)
Casteel, A.J. MD 6-0 Sr. Wilsonville, Ore. (Lane CC) (Wilsonville)
Wow, he had alot left. Probably runs 3:36 had they not slowed so much on the 3rd lap. I didn't like that he let that guy open up such a big gap though, he kinda got himself in what would have been a jam had he been running against better runners. He's on the path to insert himself into the mix of guys who have a chance to make it to China if he keeps it up.
Obviously I'll never be as good as this guy, but ehhhh... shouldn't he have tried a little harder in the meat of this race instead of kick it in that f***en hard?
Very nice-
26 last 200,
40 last 300
55 last 400.
With his 800 speed and that kick I wouldn't be too surprised if Wheating takes down Leo at NCAAs.
Damn it loked like he was going to tank at 1100, then KA-BOOM!!!
RAW TALENT.
Umm, no. He was hanging out in that race and unleashed a mighty last lap. Appeared effortless for first 3 laps. Kid's a talent.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Matt Choi was drinking beer halfway through the Boston Marathon
