Who was there? I was surprised that after all the hype etc the stands weren't extremely crowded.. even for the main events like the 5ks, 10ks etc there was still room in the stands and all along the rails. It felt like there was less people than other times, I wonder why no one came.. By the way, did the "letsrun party" really happen with the whole Pizza My Heart thing? |

The stands were as full as I've seen them since the big days of Lannana. They were most packed at night for the marquee distance events but you have to remember that track and field dosn't put butts in the seats outside of Franklin Field, once a year for the Penn Relays, and Hayward Field, every time they hold a meet. |

There was still a lot of room on the rails and in the stands. So who met some awesome runners? I talked with Ryan Hall for a while :) (not to mention Lagat, Mottram, etc). Jordan Hasay was also right behind me in the stands (she was watching the races), so does that mean she missed a day of school (since she lives about 3 hours from Stanford)? |
