i think i pulled a muscle on the outside of my lower leg, but i'm afraid it could just as easily be a stress fracture. how do i tell the difference and what do i do for each. it doesn't hurt to walk, but sudden pressure like running (i land on my toes) or jumping hurts way more than it should. it's getting annoying and i think i'm gonna be stuck on the bike for a while. Does anybody know how to check if it's a stess fracture besides going to a doctor? last time i did that they took an x-ray and then said they needed to inject me with uranium because stress fractures never show on x-rays...
