it's.
woohoo, Justin sucks at Football. What was his major in college? I predict he will be selling real estate like reginald and suzy favor by 2010.

He only lifted 225lbs 12 times? That computes to a max of around 320lbs. That's a star high school player, median college player range right there.
Alan
Alan, just curious: how are you equating 225, 12 times equals 320 max?
Did Justin go to one of those "speed schools" that teach the combine entrants how to run the 40. Watching some of those 40's is pretty funny when you watch the technique they use. If a wide-out were to come off the line like that some DB would have them in traction after one play. The scouts must use the info from these runs in some other way than purely time wise. Like: is able to assimilate running in an extremely unnatural form- therefore we'll be able to adapt him to doing things the way we want it done.
Benching 225 twelve times isn't terrible for a guy who's looking to be a wideout or DB. How many wide recievers in the NFL do you think are benchpressing 400+ lbs?

One rep max calculator?
This one goes up to 10 reps and predicts 300. I'd say 320 is pretty close.
This 40 time is a joke. I ran 10.9 and a 4.4 in highschool. And I was a skinny ass white boy who ran the 400/800 primarily.
Who is the c*** giving Justin a 6.39 WR PR? Really? Mo Greene ring a bell? Oh that's right this is a distance board, AKA pickac***
the really unfortunate thing about the censorship on this board is that we may never know whether he was trying to say c*ck or c*nt.
Gatlin doesn\'t have the 60m Wr. Last time i checked it belonged to Maurice Green.
A much better estimate is below.
Take 225 X .03 and you get 6.75.
Take 6.75 x 12 = 81
225 + 81 = 306.
Give or take 3 lbs, his max is 306.
It works, apply it to a weight you can lift only 6 - 8 times for more accuracy.
Is Gatlin still lanced ? afterall the NFL has no real drug testing does it. Even if the NFL does, he can use Lance Armstrong's chemists to evade detection. Gatlin has a very bright future ahead of him. With the right remedies, he'll be back, trust me.
Did anybody catch the notes at the bottom of the Wikipedia page about Deion Sanders.
----------
The Fastest Players in the NFL include the following.
Deion Sanders (4.17 and 4.57 backwards @ Florida State University Pro Day)[4]
----------
Backwards? Are you f---ing kidding me?
My best was a 4.55 on an indoor track with spikes, and more than likely suspect timing, which makes me about a 4.7-4.8 guy. Which also makes me, and the majority of FB players out there, slow next to Deion back-pedaling.
That is insane. I don't believe that for a second. That means he is faster than many NFL running backs and probably a few receivers, too, running backwards.
Well when I was in college as a 200/400 guy the coach had us run the 30m in September as part of a physical fitness test. We had 3 attempts from which he calculated an average. He hand timed us and started the watch when our back foot left the ground. I don't remember my average time (something like 3.6), but I remember one of my attempts was clocked at 3.52. What kind of 40y time does that equate to?
If 40y = 36.576m and 30/36.576 = .820
then I could use this equation 3.52/x = .820
x = 4.153
So, the NFL Combine electronically times these guys right? Which would make my 4.15 more like 4.4. So basically I ran the 40y dash as fast as Justin Gatlin. What a loser.
