You guys are so interested in this running stuff, it's amazing.
Then you wonder why Bear Stearns was down over 80% today.
Running is great, but why don't you focus on real issues.

Many other objective observers would reply that neither White nor Rickman are Colorado's finest(best) one and two milers. You are correct in saying that they simply chose not to race indoors, it's a shame not to see an indoor race with those guys nevertheless, especially since Williams has been racing so well lately. Over the span of four to five months I'll give a top HS distance runner 4-5 fast miles, and 2-3 high caliber 2 miles.
Yes, I also agree that White and Rickman won't win any state titles this upcoming track season. May should indeed be exciting.
I don't wonder why Bear Stearns is down. Most people are nitwits, investors included. Meanwhile, through tough times or flush, running satisfies.

why the anger at pointing out a great, GREAT HS deuce?
Let's face it, German F. will be running low 8:30s for the full 2 mile by outdoors. I wouldn't be surprised if he showed up at Pre to run the 2 mile. He will be the next Freshman phenom to win NCAA nats since Bob Kennedy? Mark my words,GF is the future of American distance running.
When I saw the time on the thread title I thought it was an outdoor race. I wish I was as fast as those two. 8:49 and 8:50 are insane times for this early in the season I'm sure.
